چکیده
Abstract The germination and sprouting phases of sugar cane are critical periods that determine productivity. This phase occurs when the is 1-3 months old requires an adequate supply water to support formation shoots. Poor soil conditions high rainfall can cause failure bud formation. study aims relationship between permeability in successfully constructing sugarcane We divided 1 ha research area into nine points (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I) observe plant growth permeability. factors measured included number stems, diameter, height, by zigzag. Intact samples at a 0-15 cm depth were then analyzed laboratory using Darcy’s law value results showed variations plots. average stalks eight stalks/meter with height 159 diameter 3 cm. low 0.13-0.5 cm/hour cannot compensate for during budding phase, thereby suppressing up 50% productivity should be.

Distribution of Nematodes, Soil Factors and Within-field Variation in Sugarcane Growth
A common feature of plant-parasitic nematodes on annual crops is that they have an uneven distribution within a field and the symptoms of damage, normally associated with high population densities, occur in patches (McSorley,1998). Where a susceptible annual crop is replanted year after year the nematodes spread and the patches increase in size and eventually coalesce (Brown, 1987; Swarup and S...

Prediction of Experimental Rainfall-Eroded Soil Area Based on S-Shaped Growth Curve Model Framework
Rainfall-induced soil erosion of a mountain area plays a significant role in supplying sediment and shaping the landscape. The related area of soil erosion, as an index of the changed landscape, is easier to calculate visually using some popular imaging tools. By image analysis, our work shows that the changing of the soil erosion area admits the structure of an S-growth curve. Therefore, we pr...
متن کاملGeneral Rainfall Patterns in Indonesia and the Potential Impacts of Local Seas on Rainfall Intensity
The relationships between observed rainfall, El Niño/Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and sea surface temperature (SST) variations in the Pacific and Indian Oceans were analyzed using a 1° latitude–longitude grid over Indonesia. The Global Summary of the Day rainfall records provide 26 years of rainfall data (January 1985 to August 2010) for 23 stations throughout the Indonesian islands. The ENSO an...
متن کاملFOLIAR DIAGNOSIS OF SUGARCANE - VARIATION OF lEAF POTASSIUM VALUE WITH AGE OF CANE AND RAINFALL
The top visible dewlap leaf potassium (K) of sugarcane ratoons varies in an irregular manner with age ofcane. However, by increasing the number of leaf samplings, the fluctuation of the mean K values with age becomes less and less significant. As a result in Mauritius, where the running average leaf K concentration of 3 consecutive years of double leaf sampling is interpreted, age corrections o...
